Seems like the major problem is her foot and the BG detailing lol

Lovely work

Crits:
Her face looks too mature, more fitting for a young teen than 8-10, in my opinion. Rounder, softer, and it would fit better.

While her feet _may_ be too big, personally I like them... they're more childishly disproportionate, to me.

A little more detail in the background trees would be nice, they don't seem to fit the style of the image.

And last I have, is the shadow. It's too long for the light, I think, or at least the wrong angle. Seems like it should be less forward, and more to the left.
